What You Need to Know

1. Shipping is dealt with on the days.

2. The default shipping mode are DHL,FedEx and etc.

3. You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Parcel tracking info is available online at DHL ,FedEx two days later.

4. The average delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 working days.

5. All orders are shipped insured and signature confirmation is needed when local postmen dispatch the orders.

6.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding the actual shipping and handling charges) within 30 days soon after the date the parcel arrives at your home.? All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, name cards, manuals and accessories. Any signs of wear or removal of parts, will result in refusal of your return.

7. In order to return an item you need to contact with Customers Service Representative through Live Support Online or Emails at our website.

8. Place the original package into a shipping carton; include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

9. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.

10. We suggest that you send your item(s) via insured, traceable means, such as DHL and FedEx. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
